1 clove garlic
4 oil packed sun dried tomatoes
1 tsp each sage, thyme and oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
salt to taste
1 tsp capers
juice of half a lemon
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp water
firs, process garlic in food processor. Then add sun dried tomatoes. add all other ingredients and process until smooth.
