This is another take (Norhter Italian-esque) on hummus...be sure to leave in the fridge overnight so that the flavours may blend.
1 can Romano beans
1 tsp coriander
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp sage
1 tsp tarragon
1/8 cup tahini
2 tbsp cashew-macadamia butter
2 tsp salt
juice of half a lemon
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
water to desired consisancy
1 clove garlic
First, process garlic. Then add all other ingredients and blend.
